At Blue Line Graphics / JKNY Wranglers, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring a positive experience for every customer. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which returns, refunds, and exchanges are accepted. By completing a purchase through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in this policy.
We encourage you to read this policy carefully before making a purchase. If you have any questions, our customer support team is available to assist you.
1. Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, your request must meet all of the following criteria:
●    The item arrived damaged or defective due to a manufacturing fault or shipping mishap.
●    The item received is materially not as described on the product listing (incorrect item, wrong size, wrong color, etc.).
●    The item was never received and confirmed as lost by the carrier or our fulfillment team.
●    The item is unused, in its original condition, and free from signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused by the customer.
●    The item is returned with its original packaging and all tags intact and attached.
●    Proof of purchase (order confirmation email, receipt, or packing slip) must be provided with the refund request.

Important Notice
Items that do not meet all of the above eligibility requirements will not be accepted for return and will be returned to the sender at the customer's expense. Blue Line Graphics / JKNY Wranglers reserves the right to assess the condition of returned items before issuing any refund.

2. Refund Timeframes

All refund requests and return shipments must be submitted or initiated within the windows specified below. Requests received outside these timeframes will not be honored.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items and circumstances are strictly ineligible for refund or return, regardless of the reason for the request:
●    Downloadable digital products and software licenses, once accessed or downloaded.
●    Gift cards and store credit of any denomination.
●    Sale or clearance items explicitly marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
●    Personalized or custom-made items, including items engraved, monogrammed, or otherwise made to order.
●    Items returned after the 30-day return window has elapsed from the date of delivery.
●    Shipping and handling fees, unless the error was solely the result of a mistake made by Blue Line Graphics / JKNY Wranglers or its fulfillment partner.
4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or refund, please follow the steps below in order. Do not ship any item back before receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
1.    Contact Customer Support at [support email] within the eligible 30-day window. Use the subject line “Return Request — Order #[Your Order Number].”
2.    Provide the following information in your message: your full name, order number, a clear description of the reason for return, and clear photographs if the item arrived damaged or defective.
3.    Await your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our team. Do not ship the item until you have received a written RMA confirmation. Processing your RMA request typically takes 1–3 business days.
4.    Pack the item securely. Use the original packaging whenever possible. Ensure all original tags, accessories, and components are included. Blue Line Graphics / JKNY Wranglers is not responsible for items damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging.
5.    Ship the item to the return address provided in your RMA confirmation email. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Blue Line Graphics / JKNY Wranglers is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
6.    Include a copy of your receipt or packing slip inside the package. Write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item was confirmed defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly shipped by Blue Line Graphics / JKNY Wranglers. In eligible cases, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided via email.

5. Exchanges

Blue Line Graphics / JKNY Wranglers offers exchanges for items that are confirmed defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly shipped. We do not offer exchanges for reasons of change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other customer-initiated errors, except at our sole discretion.
To request an exchange, please follow the same return process outlined in Section 4 above. When contacting customer support, clearly indicate in your message that you are requesting an exchange rather than a refund, and specify the desired replacement item (including size, color, or variant where applicable). Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Blue Line Graphics / JKNY Wranglers reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse any refund or return request that does not satisfy the criteria set forth in this policy, or that Blue Line Graphics / JKNY Wranglers determines in good faith to be fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise made in bad faith.
This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to a transaction covered by this policy, the parties agree to first attempt resolution in good faith through direct communication before pursuing any formal legal or arbitration proceedings.
