Shipping Policy - the basics
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you by email.

Domestic Shipping
We ship to addresses within the United States, including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses unless otherwise noted.
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost, damaged, or stolen during shipping. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. We will assist where possible.
